We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join Cartier Europe Region as CRM Campaign Project Manager.
As CRM Campaign Project Manager you will play a key role in supporting our dynamic Europe Client team in both strategic and client-centric initiatives. You will focus on implementing Europe Client Activation Campaigns, liaising with HQ, agency and markets, while also running activation data analysis & reporting and maintain database quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementation of Marketing campaigns
- Be the main point of contact with the agency for brief, questions and validation
- Coordinate with Markets for collection of requirements for Campaigns briefing and validation process to ensure local relevancy
- Liaise with HQ on all assets needs and business requirements for upcoming Campaigns
- Refine and translate targeted audiences into valuable Data Extensions using SQL
- Set up, schedule, automate marketing campaigns on Salesforce for one-to-many or one-to-one activations
- Set up parameters for new campaigns in Clienteling app
- Support the Performance Manager in building campaigns/journeys with markets
Data Analysis
- Leverage multiple data sources and data tools to deliver ad-hoc client activation analysis & reporting
- Update existing client & campaign reporting and share with stakeholders
- Use technologies and platforms available to maximise insight opportunities: Salesforce, SAP BI, Looker
Markets Support & Best Practice Sharing
- Leverage deep knowledge of Salesforce and Looker to support markets on questions related usage of the tools
- Share best practises and user cases across all markets
TECHNICAL SKILLS & PROFILE
- Knowledge Salesforce (Marketing Cloud / Service Cloud), including notion of SQL
- Experience in manipulating data & providing actionable insights, use of visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Fluent in English
- Master's degree in a numerate discipline like Marketing Analytics, Statistics or Economics
- Past experience in CRM preferred, working with CRM systems and large data sets
- Analytical and detail orientated
- Proactive with an ability to prioritise in a fast paced, demanding environment
- Dynamic personality, multitasker, flexible, team-oriented and able to show initiative
- Accustomed to liaising with people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities
- Interest in Fashion or Luxury industry
