We're seeking a driven Professional Service Specialist Third Party to join our team! Your role will involve managing incoming customer requests within specified SLAs or desired dates, creating and overseeing maintenance contracts, and ensuring timely renewals for hardware parts and licenses. Additionally, you'll coordinate Return Material processes with external partners, ensure accurate service invoicing, and maintain proactive communication with customers for streamlined order handling. YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Takeover and processing of incoming customer requests in compliance with defined SLAs or customer-requested deadlines
- Creation and management of inventories and maintenance contracts, including timely renewal of hardware components and licenses
- Handling of the RMA process and coordination with external partners
- Accurate preparation and verification of service invoices, ensuring correct services and pricing
- Proactive communication with customers to ensure smooth order processing and continuous updates
- Close collaboration with internal departments and adaptation of daily operational processes
- Active contribution to the optimization and digitalization of service processes
YOUR SKILLS:
- Completed commercial or technical education or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in Service Management, Customer Care, or Contract Management is an advantage
- Structured and independent way of working with a strong customer facing skills/"customer first" mentality
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and organizational talent
- Can do" attitude and approach to troubleshooting and creative problem-solving. "Get the job done"
- Advanced multi-tasking skills. Good networking skills
- Good command of French and English, German skills would also be an advantage
