GLAS Data Maintenance Support (m/f/d)

As a first-tier supplier to our renowned business partner F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. in Basel, we are currently looking for a motivated and dedicated GLAS Data Maintenance Support for a temporary assignment of 3 months.
 
Roche Pharma Technical External Quality requires a data manager for the clean up of the Global List of Approved Suppliers (GLAS).This role is essential for maintaining a single, reliable source of truth for supplier data, which directly impacts operational efficiency, decision-making, and compliance.

Tasks

• GLAS Data Maintenance (Maintain and update data in GLAS data systems)
• GMP Training(Train the teams (like Procurement and Finance) who work with the GLAS on the new rules and how to keep the data clean
• GMP Documentation (Track how the cleanup is going and report the results to management regularly)
• Ensuring data integrity (Put checks in place to prevent bad or incomplete information from entering the GLAS in the first place)

Must Haves

• Basic federal degree or in-between studies (bachelor, master or PhD) - a plus if its relevant within IT field
• Strong Computer skills, CSV, data maintenance an advantage
• Strong knowledge of google environment (gSheets)
• Basic GMP knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in German or English
