Position:
Joining the Analytics, Risk & Performance Management Unit, this Risk & Performance Reporting role is part of a collegial, close-knit team. Within Asset Management, you will essentially be responsible for monitoring and analyzing investment performance, and the identification, quantification, analysis and reporting of investment risks for a wide range of asset classes. You will provide insightful analyses and decision-making support for clients as well as for internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Performing of various control, reconciliation and update tasks , including loading data into the banking and asset management systems, as well as into the bank's custom performance database
- Various reporting tasks related to fund and mandate performance and risk monitoring
- Maintenance of risk/performance related objects, such as portfolios, benchmarks, indices and other static data points, in order to keep our monitoring framework up-to-date
- Calculate and book performance-based fees
- Respond to routine enquiries and fulfill requests from portfolio managers, relationship managers, management, and RFP specialists
- Assist in various projects aimed at enhancing processes and oversight
Profile:
- University degree, higher education in Finance or equivalent
- 1-5 years of practical experience in the field of Performance and Risk reporting for funds / mandates
- Ability to perform operational tasks with precision, ensuring meticulous attention to detail, proper prioritization, and uncompromised quality
- Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
- Experience with Bloomberg, Morningstar, Eikon, FactSet and/or Avaloq preferred
- Good knowledge in VBA, SQL or Python is a plus
- Fluency in English
- Eligible for Swiss work visa
