CONTEXT & MISSION:
We are looking for a highly motivated IT Product Owner Marketing Automation based in our Headquarters in Plan-Les-Ouates !
You will work under the supervision of the IT CRM Domain Leader as the "Product Owner" of the International CRM Squad, collaborating closely with other Squad members (Product/Business Analyst, Tech Lead, Developer etc.) and using Scrum methodology.
You will be the link between your squad and the business teams to build the best tools for both users and customers. The "always learning" culture of our "Technology & Product Delivery" department will allow you to grow by sharing with your colleagues.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
In the CRM Squad, the « Product Owner » will be responsible for the following tasks:

Share with local CRM teams to understand the business needs and feedbacks

Define product strategy based on local business needs and feedbacks

Analyze CRM market trends to understand innovation, propose new projects in order to increase the Group's added value

Verify that projects and product strategy are aligned

Prioritize business needs based on value

Represent the CRM business users in the Squad

Measure the project values (reality check) and analyze how to always improve our ways of working

Help local CRM users with projects change management

Build business CRM community
HOW YOU CAN FIT:
-
5+ years' experience in a similar role (as a CRM Product Owner, in a CRM Marketing Business Team, or in the Marketing Automation Strategy field)

Strong expertise for CRM Business and customer experience

Fluent in English & French
-
Ability to identify what can bring value and propose projects accordingly

An experience in an agile team is a plus (Scrum/Kanban)

An experience in an international context is a plus
-
Strong team spirit and collaborative skills

Good communication skills to interact with both international business and IT teams
