IT Infrastructure Analyst II

Position Summary

• The candidate will occupy an IT System & Network support Engineer position and be member of IT Infrastructure Team. The team is formed of 2 groups, the candidate will be part of the 4 members support group and will work closely with the 3 Infrastructure engineers completing the team. She / He will directly report to the IT Infrastructure manager.
• The candidate will evolve in an international environment, supporting the end users by answering phone calls and handling incidents and requests in our ticket system.
• She/He will be part of the support team cycle rotation to cover the end users support from 7h30 to 22h00.
• The candidate will evolve in a rich IT Infrastructure environment and will have opportunities to learn new technologies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• The main and most important task will be to support the end users and improve their experience with the IT applications and tools. The candidate will help them resolve their incidents and requests in the defined SLA. She/He will attend the users by phone and as well by managing the incidents and requests by priority.
• She/He will lead daily oversight tasks to validate the good completion of critical processes and backups, monitor the health of the servers and network equipment and proactively act to correct any detected divergence.
• She/He will be in charge of the end users' devices management: staging, maintenance, deployment, rollout of software updates and patches and inventory of the laptops, mobile phones and other consumables.
• She/He will be implicated in infrastructure projects to maintain and upgrade the existing systems, integrate new hardware and technologies. She/He will also be implicated in initiatives to improve the standards and follow the policies and will have to enrich the documentations.
• The candidate will help to maintain the adequate level of HW and SW versions including implementation of security and corrective patches.

Desired Qualifications

• French, English and Spanish are mandatory.
• Bachelors in Computer Science or related field, junior profiles are welcome.
• Comfortable with end user technologies (Win 10&11, Office, Video conference, AD, GPO)
• She/He may know or is willing to learn :
• Patch management and security hardening.
• Microsoft SCCM and package management.
• Mobile MDM : Workspace One / Intune.
• Network switches, firewall, web proxy.
• Backup.
• Windows Servers.
