What to expect

  • As a new team member in our Chief Transformation Office team, you will coordinate, align and implement the Sustainability strategy within the AVANTI transformation Strategic Plan
  • Lead the Operational Sustainability Committee (OSC), the cross functional Sustainability Committee within the Company
  • Act as the project manager to track the key sustainability indicators, ensuring delivery and targets achievements and report progress to the OSC and the Executive Committee and to the Board
  • Coordinate the ESG data collection and the calculations, also in alignment with Head Office
  • Act as a single point of contact for internal and external sustainability requests (e.g., ESG data and annual report)
  • Develop the sustainability trainings and communication, in alignment with the HR departments
  • Contribute to an ambitious and talented internal team whose strong team spirit, diverse profiles and in-depth expertise make for a stimulating work environment

The skills you'll bring

  • 5 years+ experience in a corporate sustainability function with skills in business management, project management and strategy
  • A university degree or equivalent (preferably in Business Administration or Economics), higher education in ESG high desirable
  • Solid experience in stakeholder management, in communication and cooperation with different business units and in solution-oriented structuring of complex problems
  • Strong and excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Very good skills in creating presentations (MS PowerPoint) and reports using MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills structured and organised approach, to identify innovative solutions
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, other national languages desirable
