Data Analyst and Digital Campaign Manager SRSE/SRNW

You would work in the Digital & Growth Marketing Team for the Sub Region South East (Baltics, Croatia, Bosnia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, South Africa) and Sub Region North West (Belgium, Portugal, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Switzerland). The team is responsible for pushing the digital transformation forward and elevating customer experience in the countries. 

The Position 

Here you'll work alongside the best, as a Data Analyst and Campaign Manager. Become part of a new entity and highly motivated team that is leading the design and implementation of new ways for working to accelerate the digital transformation in the Sub Regions. Apply the Lean Start-up and Design Thinking approaches and any other innovation tools during ideation and design to improve the agility, quality and performance of new solutions or digital touchpoints. The Data Analyst responsibilities are focused on all our Customer Data's, which we collect from the Digital Touchpoints. Along the customer journey. 

As a Campaign Manager, you will be accountable to support our project team by creating and analyzing campaigns allowing fast and evidence-based decisions, validating the Problem-Solution Fit, as well as contributing to the design, rollout and continuous improvement of the development model and new ways of working for all the countries. In this role, you are working closely with all the countries from the Sub Regions and driving the Digital Transformation forward. We are looking for an ambitious digital native who has no issues in collaborating with different stakeholders from the countries and handling several digital marketing activities simultaneously. 

Key responsibilities


  • Defining best strategies for digital campaigns (incl. ways to validate assumptions, key performance indicators to measure and run the campaigns) in a fast-moving and flexible environment


  • A/B testing ideas through offline and online experiments,( e.g. by creating campaigns and landing pages) 


  • Analyzing and presenting the data and consumer's feedback and bringing traditional and creative ideas on how to grow those KPIs 


  • Driving traffic to your website, landing pages, social media and apps 


  • Understanding conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles, hacks and being able to apply them to any businesses 


  • Continuously researching new tools and best practices to inform new models 


  • Working with countries and coordinating various campaigns 


 

Who you are


  • You are a digital native with a strong skill set within the digital marketing world (tools, trends etc.) 


  • You are self-reliant with a high motivation to push the Digital Transformation forward 


  • You have 2-3 years experience in a similar environment 


  • You hold excellent communication skills in English


  • You gained hands-on experience with digital marketing tools 


  • You are open-minded and willing to learn. You are having a startup mindset, not being scared of pivoting, being creative, and relentless in pursuit of growth 


  • Being curious and looking for continuous improvement on new tools and methods sounds familiar to you 


  • You are a team player with listening skills, able to make proposals of alternative solutions proactively and reactively
