As "CRM Specialist - Dynamics 365" Your Mission:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep trusted relationships with Business Decision Makers by actively understanding customer business initiatives, requirements, strategic growth objectives, industry specifics and providing business value outcome-based solutions in Dynamics 365.
  • Analyze, develop, maintain, and document comprehensive business requirements resulting from joint planning and discovery workshops which address customer strategic priorities for CRM and Digital Transformation.
  • Discover, assess, evaluate, and challenge strategic objectives by translating them into digital transformation opportunities that leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and other Microsoft platforms (F&O, SharePoint, Office 365, Teams).
  • Be a disciplined operator and specialist by maintaining a development pipeline, keeping it current and in accurate stages. Use of Agile Methodology.
  • Translating the user requirements into required configurations and customizations in CRM using out of the box / standard Dynamics CE configuration tools.
  • Own, develop, coordinate with partners if necessary to deliver appropriate project and releases required by the different markets. Perform deployments and achieve sustainability according to planned releases across the year.
  • Lead releases deployment and conduct training programs.
  • Increase effectiveness by being responsible for the effective use of CRM within the business through weekly meetings with designated markets and CRM champions.
  • Act as a key participant in governance aspects such as end-user guidance on leveraging CRM, permissions management, and change management practices.
  • Support and leverage all CRM modules: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service.

Profile:

  • CE / CRM Dynamics 365 Business solutions expert, specifically CRM Suites including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service how they translate into business impact.
  • Experience building and developing CRM solutions in one or more industries like Professional & Field Services/ Retail and Consumer Goods/Healthcare /Media & Communications.
  • Highly creative and innovative while remaining organized and committed to deliver critical and prioritized business objectives.
  • Demonstrated passion, successful project deployments and change management results.
  • Understand the security, regulatory and compliance needs of global customers.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft's commercial cloud offerings - including Microsoft Sharepoint, PowerBI, Office 365, Teams, Microsoft Azure, F&O (ERP).

Desired Skills:

  • University Degree in Business, IT or Computer Science.
  • Excellent understanding of the Dynamics CRM platform, core modules and technologies (CE/CRM Dynamics 365).
  • Specialization in Customer Service and Field Service Modules. Sales and Marketing also desirable.
  • +4 years of experience in customizations and development of Microsoft Dynamics (Certified) - CE/CRM including:
    • CE Customizations and Configurations.
    • Managing Dynamics solutions.
    • Entity and Power Apps configurations.
    • Reporting (Forms, Views, Charts, Dashboards).
    • Security Models (Business Units and Teams).
    • Debugging.
  • Custom flows, workflows, and business rules assemblies.
  • Experience with APIs and Interfaces.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP integration is desirable.
  • Proven experience as Business and Technical Analyst.
  • Good communications and organizational skills.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (compulsory).
  • Good level of French or German is desirable.
