Your new responsibilities

  • Conceive, develop, and implement strategic initiatives to strengthen cooperation with the Siemens Businesses. You will help SFS (Siemens Financial Services) position itself globally as a reliable partner that contributes to all Siemens business areas
  • Be responsible for the technical management of strategic trade fairs as part of strategic marketing
  • Collaborate closely with the Financing Solution Partners, the communications department and the marketing departments of the business units and countries
  • Lead strategic campaigns for SFS on key topics like Vertical Markets and Sustainability. Roll out these campaigns globally, focusing on digital marketing and social media, and collaborate with regional marketing colleagues. Continuously measure and control these initiatives
  • Analyze and structure complex issues, develop solution approaches and feel confident in preparing presentations for C-Level

Your talents and experience

  • University degree in the field of Marketing, Communications, Economics or Sales
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or sales, preferably in industrial business. Experience with regulated financial services units is a plus
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and launching international campaigns
  • Extensive project management experience, including leading cross-functional and multinational teams, coordinating individual workstreams, and managing partners
  • Flexible, resilient, with strong intercultural skills, and ability to thrive in a matrix and global environment
  • Strategic thinking, customer orientation, result orientation, and excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding English skills required. German proficiency is advantageous
