Teoxane Laboratories were established in Geneva, Switzerland, in 2003. They are specialized in the design and manufacturing of hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers and cosmeceuticals. Teoxane strength is to offer a global patient care. Using its products, practitioners are able to fill all kinds of wrinkles, from the finest to the deepest, to restore youthful volume to the face, and to treat the neck and décolleté, with natural results. In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a :


Medical Affairs Intern


  • Create a helping document on the medical responsibilities for safety events :
  • Implementation of a standard documentation for the team
  • Based on scientific literature and knowledge as well as the state of the art, prepare a summarized algorithm per possible diagnosis, including temporality, treatments and complementary queries to ask in the context of complaint handling
  • Liaise with the proactive and reactive PMS as well as the CSO teams in order to gather information to complete the document and ensure its adequate understanding
  • Implement a training on the adequate use of the document
  • PMS management activities :
  • In charge of processing safety reports
  • Liaise with the local KOLs for medical assistance or any other medical assessment request
  • Perform reconciliation with local affiliates or local partners
  • In charge of data extractions from the safety database
  • Quality system maintenance in compliance with the Medical Device Regulation (2017/745) and other international applicable regulations :
  • Participate to updates of Safety procedures wherever needed
  • Participate to creating and follow up CAPAs on any findings related to the PMS or Clinical Safety activities
  • Participate whenever needed to Audits including competent authorities audit as needed
  • Any other special mission that may be entrusted by the department

Education and Qualifications

  • Pharmacist or other relevant Life-Science Master discipline e.g. Biochemistry, Biological Sciences
  • Ability to rapidly adapt to changing environment and circumstances
  • Fluency in English and French
