Description
You will develop and execute recruitment solutions, coordinate candidate selection processes, and manage the New Hire Onboarding program.
Additionally, you'll analyze recruiting metrics, provide training on interviewing techniques, and contribute to the client's employment brand.
Profile
The ideal candidate brings at least 6 years of progressive recruiting experience, with a proven track record of implementing successful recruitment strategies.
You should possess strong communication skills, comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
French and/or German on top of English language is required
Knowledge of UK, Ireland, Germany, and France markets is essential, with familiarity with medtech sales populations considered a valuable asset.
