Missions
- Develop from scratch, build up and execute talent acquisition strategies in line with the company's growth plans
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and strategise to fill open roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders whilst creating a robust talent pipeline
- Employ innovative sourcing techniques to attract high-quality candidates
- Oversee the entire recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Monitor key recruitment metrics and use data to inform future recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with the wider Human Resources team on various strategic initiatives
- Stay abreast of industry trends to ensure competitive recruitment practices
Profil du candidat
A successful Talent Acquisition Partner should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition Partner role
- Experience of Managing a small team
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Good understanding and use of Social Media
- Data centric/ good analytics
- A strong understanding of recruitment practices and trends
- The ability to strategise and execute comprehensive recruitment plans
- A solutions-focused attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
