Your Mission

• Pioneer an innovative approach to facility management that not only optimizes operational efficiency but also champions sustainability and community engagement
• Collaborate seamlessly with key stakeholders to have a holistic approach to all physical spaces at On
• Manage and control maintenance budgets for repairs, enhancements, and sustainability initiatives
• Oversee all facility-related documentation, ensuring compliance with financial, health, safety, and environmental regulations, while spearheading facility management best practices
• Develop and implement facility processes and guidelines
• Support the Infrastructure Team with environmental, health and safety quality standards on construction projects
