About the role:

In the Global Customer Excellence & Operations (CE&O) our mission is to empower and inspire accelerating the potential of our teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. We’re at the center of Omnichannel transformation and help Biogen in reaching biggest impact with customers.

The CE&O Graduate will have an opportunity to experience all critical elements of CE&O world by taking part in the rotational program, composed of three elements: decision support in Customer & Market Insights (CMI), enablement and execution of Omnichannel Engagement as well as understanding market dynamic while working in the Affiliate.

During the 2 year rotation in CMI, the Graduate will help generate strategic insights on performance and market dynamics, utilizing primary and secondary market research, as well as internal and external quantitative data sources and advanced analytics. During the Omnichannel Engagement rotation, the Graduate will support planning and development of digital capabilities that enhance our overall digital customer engagement strategy and approach. You will be responsible for the successful development, implementation and management of existing digital channels and addition of new digital channels to communicate with Biogen’s customers.

In all rotations the Graduate will work internationally and cross functionally with teams in and outside the CE&O, gaining holistic understanding of modern biotech company as well as experience working in global corporation, working closely with global decision makers. you will also benefit from talent development program including mentoring from Senior Leaders.

What you'll do:

Business Performance Assessment, Forecasting & Analytics, Market Research & Competitor Intelligence

  • Working with Brand Leads to provide analysis, supporting their strategic understanding of the market and brand performance
  • Supporting the development of our annual long-range forecasts, providing input into scenarios, assumptions, and key market events
  • Applying analytical expertise to support insight generation process, integrating and triangulating various qualitative and quantitative sources
  • Leveraging analytical expertise to align and support organization during business reviews, annual operating planning and management meeting
  • Coordinating assigned MR within CMI team and identifying gaps and needs to help elevate the level of understanding within the team and among key stakeholders
  • Developing and automating performance reports, used to tracks performance vs target and KPIs

Omnichannel Capabilities

  • Supporting the Omnichannel Engagement team in the identification, selection, implementation and maintenance of digital capabilities including: best practices definition, process flows and templates delivery, solution development, operational management, data collection requirements and measurement standards
  • Helping identify, define and monitor measurable KPI’s and metrics concerning adoption, results, effectiveness of digital capabilities. Monitoring of those, taking conclusions and provide advice on possible actions

Stakeholder collaboration

  • Closely collaborating with key cross functional stakeholders, to identify requirements for insights generation and digital channels across Biogen’s different therapeutic areas

Qualifications

Education:

A Master’s degree in a relevant subject, such as business management, finance, economics, marketing or scientific discipline. We prefer candidates with a demonstrated track record of interdisciplinary studies and relevant work experience

• Strong academic achievements

• Excellent analytical skills, capability to work with data, affinity for numbers and good MS Excel skillset

• A passion for strategic marketing and flair for digital marketing channels

• Extracurricular activities that demonstrate your drive and skillset

• Professional fluency in English, and additional languages are considered a plus
