Description

  • In charge of IT support level 1 & 2
  • VIP support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity issues, including managing user accounts, permissions...
  • Document and maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and follow-up in the ticketing system
  • Collaborate with level 3 support and other IT teams to escalate complex issues
  • Collaborate with other IT team in the several offices

Profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluency in English and good level of French mandatory
  • Good knowledge of Windows environment (M365, AD, Exchange...)
  • Excellent adaptability skills
  • Ability to manage large fleet of devices
