YOUR MAIN MISSIONS:

  • Supporting the preparation of high quality, comprehensive monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports according to Swiss GAAP and IFRS standards.
  • Performing data input in the accounting system; Participating to the technical accounting.
  • Optimizing financial processes such as reconciliations and level 1 controls.
  • Ensuring the correct allocation of incoming/outgoing payments and monitoring of outstanding invoices; Tracking expenses.
  • Assisting in the analysis of financial information.
  • Assisting with budget templates, tax declarations and other regulatory reportings.
  • Assisting with document preparation for auditors.
  • Supporting various finance and accounting related projects. Contributing to regulatory and complianceprojects.

CANDIDATE PROFILE :

Education :

  • Good academic/school results, rigor, logical mind
  • IT literacy, knowledge of MS office (Excel, Access, etc..).
  • French and English fluency (written and spoken).
  • Good analytical and numerical skills
