What you will do

As a Research Grant Writer at EHL, you will be at the forefront of supporting research faculty to secure funding necessary to fuel the research that underpins the future of research and education. You will:

  • Work closely with the faculty affairs team and research faculty to identify relevant funding opportunities and develop project ideas.
  • Collaborate with research faculty on writing compelling grant proposals for various funding agencies and foundations.
  • Review and edit grant proposals and ensure that they meet the funding agency’s requirements and deadlines.
  • Provide guidance and support to faculty and staff on grant writing best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with funding agencies and other stakeholders.

Who you are

  • PhD in a relevant field (management, economics, etc.).
  • 5 years experience in a similar position.
  • Proven experience in grant writing, preferably in an academic or research setting.
  • Strong understanding of the research process and funding landscape in business and related disciplines.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze complex research documents, attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • French C2, English C2, German is a plus.
