Description

• Design, develop, and optimize new cosmeceutical product formulations
• Conduct in-depth research on active ingredients, their effects, and interactions to enhance existing formulations and develop new products.
• Perform laboratory tests to evaluate the efficacy, stability, and safety of developed products.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data to guide product development.
• Write detailed technical reports and summary documents of research results.
• Engage in scientific and technological monitoring to stay at the forefront of advancements in the field.

Profile

• Engineering degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of R&D experience in the cosmeceutical or cosmetic industry.
• Strong knowledge of cosmeceutical or cosmetic ingredients and their properties.
• Proven skills in product formulation and analytical techniques.
• Proficiency with computer tools and laboratory management software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Keen attention to detail and scientific rigor.
• Knowledge of European regulations is an advantage.
