We are looking for a private banking a Tax and documentation analyst based in Geneva.
Responsabilities :
Participate in the preparation and validation of data for regulatory reporting requirements such as FATCA and CRS. This involves ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information.
Oversee the quality control processes data, including reconciliation and reporting. Maintain robust controls to guarantee the integrity of the data.
Manage the documentation and indicia dashboard for the Wealth Management division.
Address inquiries related to withholding taxes, including those pertaining to QI/FATCA and CRS regulations.
Offer support and guidance to the front office
Conduct regular reviews of transactions and system codifications to ensure accurate tax calculation and reporting.
Prepare both routine and ad-hoc reports related to various statistics and key performance indicators.
Monitor and control the client documentation, including changes in client circumstances.
Liaise with and respond to requests from internal and external auditors, as well as regulatory authorities.
Profile :
Solid understanding of financial products and related transactions
Knowledge of US and CRS (Common Reporting Standard) reporting requirements
4-7years of experience in a Tax Operations team or equivalent role
Strong analytical skills, capable of performing complex data reconciliations
Ability to effectively manage priorities
Can work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
Proactively seeks opportunities to improve existing processes
