For our client HALEON, a world leader in the healthcare sector, we are looking for a :
Engagement & Capability Partner

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing aspects related to employee engagement and skill development within an organization in partnership with the HR Site Lead and Strategy Lead. The role is multifaceted (Communication, Culture/Engagement and Capability)

Culture/Engagement

In partnership with the HR Site Lead, develop and implement strategies to foster diversity and inclusion within the workplace:

  • Conduct regular assessments to understand the existing organizational culture, identifying areas for improvement and alignment.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee motivation, job satisfaction, and overall engagement.

Capability

In partnership with the HR Site Lead, assess capabilities across the organisation, design and implement programmes and plans and support the strategic workforce plan

  • Conduct assessments to identify the existing skills and capabilities of employees across different departments. Analyse the gap between current skills and those required for the organization's objectives.

Design, implement, and coordinate training programs to address skill gaps

  • and enhance employee capabilities. Facilitate opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Support the HR Site Lead in Change Management initiatives. Develop and maintain change and communications plans
  • Partner with the L&D Team on Learning initiatives and training programmes

In partnership with the HRBPs

Support line managers in delivering key standardised HR activities, coach and develop Line managers in HR procedure and processes etc...

Communication

  • Develop and implement an internal communication plan
  • Facilitate effective communication within the organization
  • Host and support internal and external visitor events
  • Manage the logistics of site events

Your profile:
You have a

  • University degree and /or strong evidence of ongoing relevant experience and continuous professional development
  • A strong communication background
  • A strong L&D background with experience of supporting performance and development
  • Extensive facilitation and delivery presentation skills
  • A coaching qualification and or experience of coaching techniques throughout all activities to facilitate development of stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills, project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
