For our client, a well-known international bank in Zurich, we are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Funds Transfer Specialist (4-6 months).

Job description

• Review and drafting of fund documents received from clients (fund management companies)
• Comparison of different draft versions prior to submission to the Swiss Financial Supervisory Authority (FINMA)
• Clarification of open points with internal teams (ICM/Fund Accounting/TA)
• Reviewing and monitoring fund documents and ensuring its conformity with Swiss regulatory requirements
• Review of fund contracts and their investment compliance rules which the depositary banks need to monitor
• Preparation/Review of fund matrices (inventory of fund investment compliance rules)
• Review of full implementation of investment compliance rules into new system (CRIMS) as compared to existing one (MIG21)
• Communication to clients in relation to fund matrices and fund documents
• Other fund related tasks

Profile

• Banking apprenticeship or similar
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in Switzerland
• Legal or paralegal background desired
• Knowledge of and experience with collective investment schemes
• Service- and client-oriented way of working
• German and English fluently in both speaking and writing
