Join our dynamic retail company based in Geneva, Switzerland, as a Change Manager for a 6-month mission.

As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading HR transformation projects at a country scale, driving impactful change and ensuring successful implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the deployment of SAP, ensuring seamless integration and adoption across the organization.
  • Drive the implementation of a new time management system, streamlining processes and providing comprehensive training to employees.
  • Align all HR processes in Switzerland, from hiring to the end of working contracts, ensuring consistency and compliance with local regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to identify opportunities for digitalization and leverage HR technologies.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies, including communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement initiatives, to drive employee adoption and minimize resistance.

About You:

  • You are an experienced HR project leader with a proven track record in driving successful HR transformations.
  • You possess a deep understanding of digitalization and HR technologies, enabling you to identify innovative solutions and drive process improvements.
  • Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills allow you to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities enable you to navigate complex challenges and deliver results.
  • French/English; fluent. German: good level (B2 min)
