The Medical Center at Clinique La Prairie offers an exceptional range of expertise, with over 50 specialist doctors, several surgical services, 3 operating rooms, and 20 post-surgery rooms. Oriented towards a holistic approach to health and well-being, our specialties cover a wide range of medical and paramedical fields to meet the physical and psychological needs of our patients.

To complement our team, Clinique La Prairie is looking for a:

Your mission:

  • Scheduling appointments related to our numerous stay programs and additional services. This includes consultations with the referring doctor, radiology exams, nursing care and medical assistants, sports training, and spa treatments and massages.
  • Ensure the respect of individual patient requests and appointment chronology to guarantee the comfort and quality of the Clinique La Prairie experience.
  • Close collaboration with various departments of the clinic.
  • Close collaboration with external service providers such as interpreters.
  • Constant contact with other team members and with our patients/clients to ensure the coordination of daily appointments.
  • Control and distribution of the daily program for each patient.
  • Transmission of information related to our patients to optimize the quality of our services.

Your profile and skills:

  • Professional experience within 5-star establishments of international hotel chains (Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Ritz Carlton, etc.)
  • Proficiency in written and spoken French, English - 3rd language preferred
  • Innate sense of contact and strong customer sensitivity
  • Demonstrable customer orientation
  • Mastery of LQA, Forbes, or Richey standards
