DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
This pivotal role involves managing a broad range of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Role of the Position:
Oversight of daily needs.
Management of the house/property.
Management of administrative tasks, both personal and professional in nature.
Coordination of travel arrangements.
Management of private and professional appointments.
Domestic and international travel as required.
Handling communications and research related to public offices.
Contribution to the formulation, coordination, and execution of the business development strategy.
Proficient in professional budget management, accounting, and budgeting processes.
Undertaking other duties as assigned by the client.
Working days: Monday to Friday.
PROFIL ATTENDU
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated organizational and rigorous qualities.
Proactivity, adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to analyze and solve problems expediently.
Knowledge of the Swiss real estate market is considered an asset.
Fluency in both French and English.
Possession of a valid driving license.
Ability to display a professional and effective representation of clients.
