As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading HR transformation projects at a country scale, driving impactful change and ensuring successful implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the deployment of SAP, ensuring seamless integration and adoption across the organization.
- Drive the implementation of a new time management system, streamlining processes and providing comprehensive training to employees.
- Align all HR processes in Switzerland, from hiring to the end of working contracts, ensuring consistency and compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to identify opportunities for digitalization and leverage HR technologies.
- Develop and execute change management strategies, including communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement initiatives, to drive employee adoption and minimize resistance.

- You possess a deep understanding of digitalization and HR technologies, enabling you to identify innovative solutions and drive process improvements.
