The ISRF is a medical-social establishment located on two sites in the city of Fribourg. The institution places the well-being of its residents at the centre of its concerns and is committed daily to providing them with high-quality care and support.

To complete its team, the management is looking for a

Your mission:

• Provide the necessary care and support residents in daily living activities while ensuring their well-being
• Participate in the management and supervision of daily care and resident support
• Ensure the monitoring and traceability of residents’ nursing and medical care
• Organise, manage and supervise the daily work of the unit in the absence of the ICUS
• Ensure the preparation and distribution of medication
• Participate in the development of care tools and protocols
• Participate in the assessment of residents’ levels of dependency

Your profile:

• Federal Certificate of Competence as Nursing Assistant
• Several years of experience in a nursing home
• Mastery of care techniques and sense of responsibility
• Fluency in French, knowledge of German is an asset
• Very good analytical, anticipatory and acute care situation management skills (medical emergencies, etc.)
• The well-being of residents is your primary concern
