Within our Health & Benefits business, we support companies in designing, developing and efficiently managing their employee benefits programmes. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed professional to join us as of 1 April 2026 in the role of

Consultant Employee Benefits 60–100% (m/f) – Personal Insurance (Accident and Daily Sickness Benefits)

Ihr Profil:

What can you expect?

    • Independent management and complex onboarding of international large corporate clients
    • Development of insurance concepts, tender comparisons and presentations
    • Advising our large corporate clients on all aspects of employee benefits and wellbeing topics
    • Responding to client enquiries in German, English and French
    • Close collaboration and coordination with colleagues locally and internationally within the framework of global broker mandates
    • Active involvement in exciting local projects and initiatives within the global WTW network
    • Daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders

Your profile:

    • Several years of experience and strong technical expertise in personal insurance (accident and daily sickness benefits)
    • Ideally, prior experience as a broker in the field of personal insurance
    • Enjoyment of working with clients, insurers and team colleagues
    • Independent, solution-oriented working style combined with an entrepreneurial mindset
    • Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for the further development of our services
    • Very good command of German,English and French, written and spoken (C1)
    • FINMA certification required (a completed professional qualification is desirable)
