Green Spaces Workshop Supervisor (M/F)



Main tasks

  • Supervision (training in activities, skills development, evaluation, etc.) of a team of people benefiting from AI services.
  • Planning and carrying out green space maintenance work (mowing, pruning, weeding, planting, etc.) as well as operating and maintaining machinery (ride-on mowers, hedge trimmers, blowers, etc.) for our clients
  • Organisation, allocation and monitoring of sites, tasks and deadlines
  • Quality control of services and compliance with safety standards on sites
  • Management of equipment, monitoring of supply and phytosanitary product stocks, administrative tasks
  • Any technical and logistical contribution necessary for the smooth running of the garden workshop

Required skills

  • Minimum horticulturist federal certificate of competence (CFC); additional training (MSP, management, etc.) is an advantage
  • Proven experience in team management and landscaping site supervision
  • Human qualities and interpersonal ease, empathy and openness to supervise people with disabilities
  • Proficiency in operating motorised equipment (ride-on mowers, tractors, etc.); category B driving licence essential, category BE an advantage
  • Organisational skills, rigour and ability to manage several sites simultaneously
  • Experience in the institutional sector and/or training in the social field is an advantage
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office); knowledge of an ERP system is an advantage
