In our dynamic and customer-oriented Fulfilment Team, you will accompany our customers until the successful activation of their fixed-line fibre optic connection. You are the central contact person and ensure that every step runs smoothly.

Your tasks

• Advising and supporting our customers through competent handling of incoming calls, tickets and emails – both written and by phone
• Supporting private and business customers as the central contact person – from contract signing to successful activation
• Processing activation requests related to the Salt Fiber product (fibre optic)
• Careful and precise management and updating of customer data
• Coordination and close collaboration with internal departments and external partners

Your profile

• Basic education with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) or equivalent commercial training
• Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Experience in customer service, sales or a commercial role, ideally in telecommunications or IT
• Good technical understanding as well as interest in digital products and telecommunications solutions
• Excellent oral and written skills in German and French; additional national languages or English are an advantage
• Reliability, diligence, sociability and a structured way of working
