Application Manager Cash Desk (100%)

Reporting to the operational support of the collection division, you ensure the day-to-day operation, support, and proper functioning of business applications. You conduct functional monitoring and first-level quality checks. You apply current procedures and implement fixes, tests, as well as user training. You contribute to the analysis of business needs and participate in the work of the IT pool. You report directly to the head of the collection division and collaborate with the expert application manager.
Your various tasks:
- Ensure the use and proper day-to-day functioning of business applications, in compliance with procedures, and provide support to users
- Contribute to the collection and analysis of business needs as well as to the preparation of developments, under the coordination of the expert application manager
- Contribute to the quality of data in business applications, and perform routine extractions and listings
- Implement and monitor developments and fixes of applications, carry out and coordinate tests
- Participate, supporting the expert application manager, in the work of the IT pool to develop business applications
Your profile:
- Master’s degree related to the field of activity or equivalent training/experience
- Advanced recognised ITIL (support) or ISTQB (testing) certification
- Basic knowledge of business analysis, an asset
- French: perfect oral and written command (C2)
- German, an asset
- Proficiency in standard office tools, project management and ticketing tools
- Good knowledge of databases
- 2 years’ experience in the relevant field
- Rigor and analytical skills to define actions to be taken
- Proactive in optimising the use of applications
- Ability to work in a team
- Organisational and planning skills to prioritise urgencies and manage complex procedures
- Results-oriented to provide concrete and adapted solutions to user needs
- Autonomy within a defined framework
- Personal integrity and reliability to handle data and information accessed in the role with discretion
- Comfort with numbers
- Listening and communication skills to understand and rephrase user needs as well as to clearly explain technical elements
