Main tasks

• Administer, supervise and develop the Foundation’s systems and network infrastructure
• Manage servers, network, storage, backups and associated services
• Ensure supervision, preventive maintenance as well as monitoring of capacity, performance and system availability
• Participate in the design, development and coherence of the IT architecture
• Handle advanced N2/N3 level incidents and requests, in coordination with the team and external providers
• Participate in digitalisation, modernisation and information system improvement projects
• Support departments in the implementation and development of their IT tools, in line with operational needs and technical constraints
• Contribute to cybersecurity, data protection, technical documentation and IT best practices
• Participate in knowledge transfer within the team and simplify technical information for users

Technical environment

The position is set within a primarily Microsoft and internal infrastructure environment, including:

• Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Exchange Online
• Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, RDS, DNS and DHCP
• VMware / vSphere
• Backups with Veeam and Synology solutions
• Supervision and inventory with Observium and GLPI
• LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi network, notably on Aruba environment
• First-level firewall management
• Antivirus/endpoint protection with Sophos
• Mobile device management via Sophos MDM

Required skills

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an IT technician or equivalent training, with 5 years’ experience in the field; higher education in IT or specific certifications: an advantage
• Proven experience in systems, network, security and IT infrastructure administration
• Good knowledge of server, network, storage, backup, security environments and associated services
• Experience in handling complex incidents and advanced-level support
• Organisational skills, rigour, autonomy and ability to manage priorities
• Solution-oriented mindset, service attitude and interpersonal ease
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders: users, business managers, IT team, providers and project managers
• Interest in the Foundation’s social mission and willingness to contribute to its successful development
