Dialectic, a Swiss-based crypto-native organization of builders and capital allocators, is seeking a senior-level investment relations professional to join the team on a full-time basis. Job Summary:
As Investor Relations Partner, the selected candidate would lead fundraising efforts pitching Dialectic's crypto-native vehicles and onboarding of new limited partners (LPs). They would also lead an on-going project to streamline the on-boarding process. Further, the Investor Relations Partner would be tasked with being the primary person responsible for managing relationships with current LPs including coordinating investor document review, investor presentations and investor days events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead communications about Dialectic and its product offerings to existing & prospective LPs


• Maintain and improving our client onboarding process


• Stakeholder management over the whole lifecycle of LP onboarding, including both LPs as well as third party providers (e.g. fund administrator, KYC provider, etc.)


• Manage information distribution to existing LPs including regular distribution of reports, informational materials as well as answering ad-hoc questions


• Take care of our investor-related events schedule


• Create data-driven analytics related to our LP base as well as fundraising efforts

Key Requirements:

• 3 to 6+ years of associated experience in a relevant investment or investor relations role


• Proven ability to fundraise for complex, alternative investment products


• Ability to understand and explain in crypto-native concepts


• Ability to lead a project and evaluate processes for optimization


• Strong organizational skills and ability to streamline processes


• Quantitative skills to calculate returns on investment, MOIC, DPI and other fund metrics


• Fluency in English

Advantageous Characteristics:

• Crypto-native ability to understand and explain our product offerings to existing and potential clients


• Use emerging AI/LLM tools to improve their research and development as an executive


• Established network of high-potential investors for Dialectic’s funds (e.g. HNWI, family offices, institutions, etc.)

Location:
Our preference is that work is performed primarily onsite in Zug, Switzerland. However, we realize that this will not be possible for all candidates. At a minimum, the successful candidate must be able and willing to travel to Zug regularly (10-12 days per month) and be located in a time zone which permits a high-level of coordination with our Zug-based team, i.e. within a 3-hour band of CET.
