HRIS / Workday Business Analyst

Job Description
 

  • Support HR Operations building domain knowledge, gathering requirements, providing solutions and impact analysis;

  • Serve as subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday and other HR Applications (Beqom) capabilities;

  • Evaluate releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the use Workday / HR Applications;

  • Develop and maintain Workday reports, including matrix and composite reports, utilizing Workday Report Writer and Report Designer;

  • Support validations of Business Process changes in Workday / HR Applications;

  • Assist in testing of integrations, security, annual events;

  • Ensure up-to-date business documentation of system functions, processes and capabilities;

  • Provide input and knowledge sharing with Head HR Operations, Workday/ HRIS Specialist and with wider HR Team;

  • Develop and execute ongoing group-wide scheduled and ad hoc HR Applications training;

  • Support continuous learning to SMEs (HCM Core, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Reporting);

  • Promote usage of Workday / HR Applications self service to business and HR Stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent;

  • Technical Workday or training experience preferred;

  • Proven experience in HR processes and in employee data reporting;

  • Ability to accurately collect information to understand and assess business’ needs and situation;

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (German and English) to interact with HR Stakeholders and cross-functional colleagues;

  • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution with the necessary attention to detail;

  • Team-player with interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity and discretion.
