YOUR CHALLENGES

An exciting opportunity to help executing VAT's HR mission, which is to create an environment where people can grow and prosper – from culture, leadership, performance, recruiting and managing talent to rewards, learning and development opportunities - in a fast-growing high-tech industry.

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to gain insights into the Global HR management of VAT. As part of the HR team, you will actively participate in international projects and even take responsibility for smaller projects yourself.

  • Collaboration in regional & global HR projects focusing on digitalization & optimization of HR processes.
  • Partner with the senior HR team implementing employer attractiveness initiatives. This includes scheduling and organizing of sessions, content preparation and translation and facilitation of workshops.
  • Support of HR business partners in Intern / Graduate program
  • Creation of communication content for VAT’s intranet site
  • Assisting with various HR activities

YOUR COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree student in economics, HR, business psychology or comparable subjects
  • High interest in Human Resource Management
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Appetite for data collection and analysis
  • A self-starter by nature, well organized
