Administrative headaches for HR managers, payroll managers, employees, doctors and claims managers, were the norm. Recognising the need for change, grape aims to revolutionize the traditional employee insurance model.

Your role

You analyse data to drive strategic decisions within the distribution team. You create and implement scalable processes and tooling to increase operational efficiency in order to maximize profits. This role will combine resources, data, processes, strategies and enforce cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue.

What you will do

  • Supporting the Chief Distribution Officer and the distribution team  on determining sales targets, quantity models and forecasting. 
  • Supporting the Chief Distribution Officer in executing new strategies.
  • Collect and analyze data to advise the distribution team and improve our operating model e.g. dashboards, build revenue forecasts and create insights on sales patterns.
  • Create and redesign processes, where necessary, and implement the respective scaleable tooling.
  • Work cross functionally with customer success, finance, product engineering and other stakeholders to share insights and centralize information to increase our sales activities.
  • 4 years+ experience in working in sales strategy, consulting, sales operations or a high paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in handling large datasets and deriving insights from complex information.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of crafting and delivering clear, persuasive, and visually impactful presentations.
  • Strong ability to advise and work independently and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills, with an ability to lead and manage cross-functional initiatives.
  • You can take ownership of tasks, delivering on time
  • You are a quick learner and excited to work in a dynamic environment
  • You can communicate effectively verbally and in writing in German and English. French is a plus.
