As responsible for the “Program and Technology” team for SIX Swiss Exchange, you will be part of a dynamic team. The pivotal role involves the further development of our agile organization, architecture design and security conception of the entire application landscape in a large IT environment.

What You Will Do

  • lead the program and technology team, provide strategic direction and mentorship to the expert team. Establish values such as collaboration, active communication and agile consciousness
  • driving the further development of the function "Program & Technology" in the context of the integration of the Spanish business
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and information flow
  • functional leadership of the implementation of cross-application topics such as standards, automation, enterprise DevOps, security or GRC
  • functional leadership of the Agile Release Train according to SAFe (jointly with a business representative)

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience managing an IT expert team in the area of strategy or architecture in an agile environment
  • higher educational achievement in software engineering or a technology related field
  • experience with modernizing strategy execution of large application landscape
  • experience in agile transformation within a large organization
  • fluent in English (both verbal and writing), German and Spanish is a plus
