What your impact will be like:


As a back-office specialist with accounting skills, you will be part of the Operations team and will be responsible for ensuring that Exeon's accounting is impeccably managed and supporting internal and external stakeholders with your attention to detail in the sales process from quotation to invoicing. You will report directly to our COO and work closely with our Senior Financial Advisor on accounting issues. In detail you will:


  • Bookkeeping, incl. accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, quarterly and annual financial statements in close cooperation with our Senior Financial Advisor
  • Managing payments (accepting invoices, loading, and filing them in e-banking and managing credit cards)
  • Ordering (accepting incoming orders and processing and invoicing them in coordination with the customer-focused teams)
  • HR Admin (creating contracts, contract attachments based on templates, obtaining, and filing signatures)
  • Support with other administrative topics.

We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual who is comfortable working in a dynamic scale-up environment. In addition, we are looking for specific requirements and skills to ensure that the position is a good fit for you:


  • We are looking for a communicative personality who likes to work accurately and understands processes in detail and learns new things quickly.
  • You have hands-on accounting experience and can carry out standard bookings and quarterly financial statements. For more complex issues, you can always call on the experience of our Senior Financial Advisor.
  • You are familiar with (payroll) accounting tools such as Bexio, Abacus or similar tools.
  • You have several years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • You have completed an apprenticeship and/or attended a university of applied sciences. More important to us than academic credentials, however, is that you are a proactive, forward-thinking, solution-oriented person who likes to think outside the box. And a little pragmatism can't hurt either.
  • You speak fluent German and have a good level of business English.
