We are embarking on an inspiring journey of transformation and are searching for a passionate and experienced senior leader to step into the role of Operations Manager. In this pivotal role, you will become an essential member of the management team, and you will be entrusted with overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day activities within the Organization across all teams and functions. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in project operations, engineering, production, and process improvement. The successful candidate will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, customer satisfaction, business efficiency and adherence to safety standards.
Your responsibilities
Collaborate with the management team to align operations with overall company strategic goals ensuring customer satisfaction
Lead and motivate a high-performing team in operations
Identify areas for enhancement, formulate compelling cases for change, and oversee implementation of modifications to boost speed, cost-efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Implement best practices to maintain quality, streamline operations and enhance productivity
Lead cross-functional resolution and improvement projects with quality and continuous improvement functions
Drive initiatives to enhance overall quality and in regards of capacity and productivity
Optimize resource allocation for maximum operational efficiency
Guide and support cross functional teams to ensure individual and collective success
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Your background
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Significant experience in a similar role, in a technical field preferably in an international environment in the energy or industrial sector
Proficient leadership skills and significant experience in change / transformation management
In-depth knowledge of process optimization and implementing sustainable improvements using lean six sigma techniques
Functional knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP) is preferred
Analytical and structured mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
