For our Dams, Structures and Modelling Departments, we are looking for a Civil Engineer specialising in hydraulic structures.

This position is open for Lausanne, Paris, Milano, Zurich or Belgrade

Job Description

  • Calculate concrete structures
  • Participate in the design and dimensioning of civil engineering works in the hydraulic and dam sectors
  • Monitoring project and execution plans
  • Drawing up tender and submission dossiers
  • Monitor and control construction sites
  • Preparing and/or participating in the preparation of tenders for engineering services in the field of hydraulic engineering in Switzerland and abroad

Qualifications

  • Degree in civil engineering (EPF or equivalent)
  • At least 3 to 5 years' experience in the field of hydraulics and dams would be an advantage
  • Familiarity with technical standards and tools for the design and dimensioning of structures related to hydraulics and dams.
  • Ability to anticipate, plan, organise and control
  • willing to travel for short missions abroad, for site visits or meetings, and if necessary for longer mission abroad.
  • Fluency in English
  • French, German or Italian an asset
