YOUR CHALLENGE

• Demonstrate effective leadership for the team and wider Compliance department to foster a strong risk culture and support sustainable growth ambitions of the organisation

• Set clear priorities, support and motivate a dynamic, diverse, and growing team

Role specifics Description of Responsibilities Head Compliance Control Room

• Ensuring Compliance to Insider Trading Regulations

• Acting as Single Point of Contact for Legal & Administrative cooperation with regard to Market Abuse (as required by FINMA)

• Reporting Management Transactions in JB Securities to relevant exchanges

• Monitoring Personal Account Transactions (PAT)

• Ensuring Adherence to Trading Bans

• Ensuring Compliance to Front-, Parallel- After Running Regulations

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong decisive, result-oriented manager of people and projects with the ability to provide leadership to a team of peers and in some cases to senior leaders

• Strong communication skills to deal with our employees and stakeholders on different management levels

• Exhibit sound judgment and discretion

• Attention to strategy as well as details and with strong follow up skills

• Flair for IT and other information utility or database know-how is another advantage

• Proven track record as a leader (or deputy head) of a team or projects

• 7+ years of professional experience in the financial business, preferably in the area of Compliance Control Room or similar control functions

• University degree (Bachelor or Master), preferable in Economics, Legal, Audit, or Finance, alternatively another higher education with a strong career development
