Senior Project Manager

In our R&D group, we develop cutting-edge hearing solutions and services for hearing-impaired individuals and hearing care professionals. Our products include hearing instruments, accessories, web services, mobile applications, and PC software. We continuously seek the edge of current technologies to go beyond.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Project Manager and a Senior Project Manager to join our R&D team. In this role, you will support your multidisciplinary project team in developing state-of-the-art features and products. You will drive the development process from the definition of requirements to market release, ensuring seamless collaboration and stakeholder involvement.

Your tasks:
- Lead projects for the development, industrialization, and certification of hearing instruments
- Take accountability throughout all project phases, collaborating closely with Marketing, Manufacturing Engineering, and R&D stakeholders
- Actively own project planning, cost control, development, certified releasing, and maintaining regulatory-compliant documentation
- Drive and manage risk assessments related to medical products, privacy, and security
- Report project status and progress to stakeholders
Your profile:
- University degree in engineering or a related technical field, or profound work experience in this area
- 6+ years’ experience in technical project management and product quality / reliability
- Experience in leading end to end projects, with a strong focus on the result achieved
- Collaborative and opportunity-seeking mindset
- Experience in manufacturing and regulatory aspects of medical devices is a plus
- Proficient in English; German knowledge is a plus
