The position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the sales process by providing clear and persuasive demonstrations and to collaborate with various internal teams to ensure alignment between our product capabilities and market needs. Furthermore, the role provides a platform to develop a diverse range of skills, from technical expertise in modeling and simulation to effective communication and presentation abilities, all of which are crucial to driving business growth. As a Product Demo Engineer
at Akselos, you will:

Product Demonstration Development:

• Design, build, and maintain compelling product demonstrations (in the form of presentations, videos, PowerBI Dashboards, Akselos models, etc.) that effectively illustrate how our solutions address specific customer business needs.


• Develop and maintain demonstration environments, standardized demo scripts, and all necessary supporting materials to ensure consistent and impactful presentations across the sales organization.


• Produce engaging video content and marketing materials to support product demonstrations and broader marketing initiatives.

Sales Engineering Demo Support:

• Assist Sales Engineers during customer presentations by executing predefined demo scripts and showcasing relevant product functionalities.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Partner closely with product management and engineering teams to remain informed about upcoming features, enhancements, and product roadmaps, ensuring demonstration materials reflect the latest product capabilities.

Dashboard Creation:

• Develop customized demonstration PowerBI dashboards based on existing data to highlight key product metrics and insights.


• Create PowerBI dashboards for projects and official product dashboards. Maintain different versions of dashboards to ensure stable deployment and rollback capabilities.


• Apply and continuously improve design guidelines to ensure clarity, usability, and visual appeal. Ensure a consistent look and feel across all dashboards.

Content Creation & Public Presence:

• Transform technical insights into engaging marketing materials, technical articles, videos, and conference talks.


• Serve as a visible technical authority for the company.

Career Advancement & Customer Engagement:

• Advance into client-facing positions with increased responsibilities in solution design, proposal creation, and aligning strategies with customer needs.


• With comprehensive product knowledge and customer understanding, opportunities exist in consulting and customer success.

Product Development Influence:

• Utilize insights from customer needs and product application to contribute to the direction of the product roadmap.


• Integrate real-world customer input into prototyping, innovation initiatives, and new product development.


• Collaborate with engineering teams on the development of next-generation features.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.


• Entry / 1-year experience


• PowerBI Dashboard Creation:
  Proven ability in PowerBI Dashboard, including creating effective visualizations and interactive dashboards. Basic understanding of data structures, including tables and relationships, relevant for dashboard creation and data analysis.


• Structural Model Configuration & Post-processing: Ability to create CAD/mesh for structural models, configure them on the Akselos platform, and post-process simulation results using Akselos tools. Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of FEA, including the creation, setup, and execution of FEA simulations.


• Language Proficiency: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, necessary for active participation and effective contribution in meetings with international colleagues and customers.


• Responsiveness & Urgency: Ability to act quickly and efficiently to deliver requests in an urgent manner while maintaining quality.


• Collaboration: Proven ability to actively collaborate and work effectively within cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality demo materials.


• Adaptability & Learning Agility:
  Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt effectively to technological advancements and evolving industry trends.


• Open-mindedness & Proactiveness: Exhibits an open and receptive attitude towards new challenges and demonstrates a proactive approach to exploring and adopting new technologies.
