As a Technical Product Owner (Cloud Services), you will play a central role in translating strategic product direction into agile execution. You will work at the intersection of Product Management and R&D, ensuring that our core cloud platforms – AERO and HUB – deliver scalable, high-quality, and customer-centric features. This role is essential to enabling our product-led growth across Airports, Retail, and Public Transport.

Your role:

• Maintain and prioritize the development backlog for your teams
• Prepare and support PI Plannings and Sprint Plannings in collaboration with Tech Leads and Product Management
• Support release readiness, including release testing, communication coordination, and customer-facing documentation
• Collaborate daily with development teams, providing feedback and technical clarifications
• Act as the liaison between Product Management, Development, and other stakeholders
• Ensure alignment of technical feasibility and architecture in close collaboration with Architects and Engineering leads
• Manage feedback loops by providing timely clarifications and collecting input from internal stakeholders
• Proactively manage dependencies and risks in close collaboration with Product Management
• Support incident management by handling technical issues and ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in Business Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile/SaaS environment. Certification as SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), Scrum Alliance Product Owner (CSPO), or comparable certifications is a plus
• Strong ability to define priorities and effectively align stakeholders around them
• Proven experience in cloud-based product development and working with cross-functional dev teams
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a small, agile team
• Fluent English (written & spoken) required; German is highly appreciated
