The INV Control & Services LHG team forms part of the SWISS RM unit. The set-up and maintenance of the LHG inventories (LHG in-house reservations systems), passenger intervention handling as well as co-ordination duties for the SWISS medical-cases transport desk are the main tasks.
A team of 5 specialists works 7 days a week from 06:00 until 18:15.
- Set up and maintain flight inventory for Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Discover Airlines, Edelweiss Air, Lufthansa, Lufthansa City and Swiss International Air Lines
- Adapt flight inventory system according to Revenue Management, market needs and requirements for LHG Hub Airlines incl. 4Y & WK
- Perform intervention handling according to the rules of Revenue Management
- Perform co-ordination duties for SWISS Medical-cases transport desk
- Participation in operations-related projects
