IHRE AUFGABEN

• Representation of the Financial Accounting view as part of a large-scale technological replacement programme: Ensuring the Financial Accounting related aspects are accurately represented and configured in the Core Banking implementation (business view)

• Impact Assessment Financial Accounting domain: Gathering of business requirements for Financial Accounting applications resulting from the Core Banking implementation incl. the documentation and validation of business requirements

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve overall process map

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret business data requirements for the Financial Accounting domain

• Change Management: Support organizational change by communicating and syndication changes to stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field

• Experience in large scale transformation programmes in the banking industry, preferably in private banking or investment management

• Strong experience of financial accounting principles and banking operations in particular regarding financial accounting system’s integration with upstream applications such as trading platforms, core banking or risk management tools

• Strong understanding of financial products and services (e.g. Structured or OTC products, Corporate Actions) and their process-wise interplay with Operations, Markets

• Familiarity with other Finance business areas such as management accounting and regulatory reporting

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development approaches

• Fluent in English, German is a plus

• ​Seniority to represent Financial Accounting interest in large scale programmes

• Hands-on experience in delivering projects requirements pragmatically and managing complex dependencies

• Strong communication and syndication skills with other SMEs
