What you move
- Drive successful deployment, commissioning, and operation of continuous monitoring systems
- Analyze deployment data to identify issues, optimize performance, and maximize customer value
- Support customers hands-on at site, from installation and training to stable live operation
- Be the technical link between customers, engineering, product, and sales

What you bring along
- Degree in engineering or equivalent vocational training combined with relevant industry experience
- 3+ years experience in oil & gas, automation, energy infrastructure, or environmental monitoring
- 3+ years experience in customer-facing roles: Customer Success, Field Service, or Technical Sales
- Fluent in English (verbal and written); Spanish or French are a strong plus
