Job description
We are currently seeking a skilled Packaging Engineer(F/M/X) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in packaging materials and processes, with the ability to execute comprehensive testing and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
🔥 Responsibilities:
- Execute professional and timely tests of packaging materials and filling goods, including quick tests, standard tests, shelf life tests, special tests, and specification tests.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations in the Packaging Test Lab.
- Clean, disinfect, and maintain laboratory and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Assist with the receipt and inspection of raw materials, managing the ordering and stocking of materials and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with internal colleagues within manufacturing plants regarding the transportation and storage of raw materials.
- Perform routine and non-routine operations safely and efficiently, documenting all processes.
- Manage HSE-compliant storage, testing, and waste management of all materials, including active substances and formulations.
- Support logistics and internal order management processes, recommending changes to optimize efficiency.
🎯 Your Profile:
- You have a degree or certification as a Laboratory Technician or Chemical Technician.
- You possess laboratory skills and a basic understanding of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
- You have knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
- You are familiar with Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) and transport regulations.
- You have good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You have experience in laboratory operations, order management, and waste management.
- You are detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
