Service Agreement & Sales Delivery Manager
Position Overview
As a Service Agreement & Sales Delivery Manager, you will drive the execution and growth of Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) and global service deliveries for our 2-stroke engine portfolio. You will be the main point of contact for customers, overseeing the coordination of service execution, logistics, and the successful delivery of maintenance services.
Your role involves leading the sales lifecycle for LTSA opportunities, including proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and ensuring commercial alignment. You will collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Field Service, and Supply Chain to deliver seamless service. Additionally, you will use market insights and CRM data to identify new business opportunities and enhance our service offerings, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary customer interface for Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA), ensuring timely communication on logistics, parts coordination, and delivery progress, while collaborating closely with Sales, Field Service, Supply Chain, and Technical Experts to secure smooth execution and prompt issue resolution
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end delivery of maintenance services—including tools, spare parts, reconditioning, and workshop logistics—by overseeing shipment planning, transport consolidation, cost control, and invoicing input, while ensuring compliance with QHSE standards and adapting proactively to changes in scope, timing, or location in collaboration with internal experts
- Drive the development and conversion of LTSA and Global Service Sales opportunities by owning the full sales lifecycle—from opportunity identification and customer engagement to agreement structuring—ensuring technical and commercial alignment, performing risk and compliance reviews, and shaping tailored lifetime support solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Prepare and support high-quality proposals for spare parts, field service, drydock projects, and full-service offerings, ensuring alignment with customer needs, technical feasibility, and profitability targets
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., ShareCRM/CSM) to manage sales and service pipeline, report opportunity progress, and ensure complete documentation and seamless handovers to execution teams
- Leverage data and market insights to identify new business opportunities, improve offerings, and support internal process development across global service functions.
Your Profile
- Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related technical/commercial field
- 7–10 years of experience in the merchant marine industry across service operations, business development, and customer support
- Strong technical and commercial acumen, with proven experience in 2-stroke engine service models, LTSA management, customer engagement, and global cross-functional collaboration
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, able to represent WinGD confidently across internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in SAP S/4HANA, CRM tools (e.g., ShareCRM), and Microsoft Office
- Self-driven, hands-on, and structured, with a proactive mindset and readiness to adapt to changing priorities
