An exciting opportunity awaits a motivated and proactive individual at our renowned client as:
Office Manager (m/w/d) 100%
- You greet clients and visitors in a friendly and helpful manner, assisting them with office orientation
- You ensure office security by managing badges and maintaining visitor logs
- You handle various administrative tasks such as copying, note-taking, travel arrangements, and provide support to colleagues
- You prepare meeting and training rooms and answer phone calls professionally
- You schedule appointments, manage building requests, and coordinate meetings and events
- You assist in creating presentations, coordinate travel, manage office supplies, and support the onboarding of new employees

qualifications
Your profile:
- 3+ years of office manager experience (Ideally in a comparable role)
- Fluent in German and EnglishAttention to accuracy and detail
- Effective communication skills and strong problem-solving skills
- Energetic, motivated, and team-oriented
- Strong interest in learning new or improving existing skills, and suggesting process improvements
- Ability to function well in a high-expectation/low-oversight environment, and independent thinker and self-starter
- Ability to prioritize activities while working on multiple projects and achieve target
deadlines - Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- High level of confidentiality
